Here is the source for DUMMYKCT, a dummy RotorDRV program that is
compatible with InstantTrack OrbitDRV and other programs that expect
to drive a Kansas City Track or compatible rotor control TSR.

I do not claim that this program is a great example of TSR programming,
but it is a working example on which a RotorDRV could be built.

If you use this source to build something, I would very much appreciate
hearing about it.  If you build something of general use (like a RotorDRV
for an available hardware design), PLEASE make it available to all.
