Notice how the handlebars aren't parallel to the rest of the front end. The brackets under those four bolts are bent.

It looks like a minor misalignment here, but it was enough to make me decide the bike wasn't rideable. After the steering geometry is taken into account, the offset is pretty severe.

Notice also that the speedometer is stuck at about 45mph. This is a bogus reading, since at the time of impact the wheels would have been off the pavement.
