The Parkway doesn't have any regular intersections. Each of the (relatively few) places where another road connects to the Parkway, the interchange is tangled up with the other road, and long connecting ramps carry only Parkway traffic to the Parkway intersection. This is one of those ramps, not carrying much traffic since the Parkway is closed at this intersection.
